LEHOMEMADE is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. One your order has been shipped; it is out of my hands and the responsibility of the postal service.

LEHOMEMADE does not use synthetic preservatives so your products with expire. It is important to know the shelf life of each product you purchase. They will be labeled with the biography of the product. Expiration dates can range from 3 months - 12 months. Storing products in the fridge will prolong their shelf life but the noted expiration should be followed. All products are made to order for this reason to make sure you get the longest duration of use out of your products. If for whatever reason you feel your product is not 100% fresh when you receive it, please contact me!

Are LEHOMEMADE's products pregnancy safe? In short, yes with some exceptions. Some products like the Everything Balm contain herbs and Castor Oil Serum contains castor oil. These are recommended to not be used during pregnancy however you should consult with your primary and do your own research about these ingredients to make your most educated decision to use these products or not.

Processing time can take anywhere from 2 days - 2 weeks depending on life circumstances. I am a one woman show so please take that into consideration when ordering from LEHOMEMADE. With that being said, I do my best to be very timely in shipping out your orders.
